Full-Stack AI Automation Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Automation Developer with 1.5–2.5 years of relevant experience who can design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building AI agents, automation workflows, APIs, and web-based automation platforms, while effectively leveraging modern AI tools and prompt engineering techniques.

key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows to automate internal business processes.

  • Build and deploy AI agents and intelligent assistants for different business use cases.

  • Develop websites and web applications for automation-based solutions.

  • Integrate AI models, APIs, third-party tools, and business applications.

  • Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into scalable automated workflows.

  • Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, development processes, and business operations.

  • Create and optimize prompts, system instructions, and AI workflows for reliable outputs.

  • Develop APIs and backend services required for AI automation solutions.

  • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces for automation platforms.

  • Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI agents and automation systems.

  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies.

Required Skills

  • 1.5–2.5 years of experience in AI development, automation, full-stack development, or a closely related field.

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and AI-powered applications.

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and automation workflows.

  • Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to write effective prompts and instructions.

  • Good understanding of frontend and backend development.

  • Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Knowledge of databases and backend architecture.

  • Ability to work with AI APIs such as OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

  • Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.

  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI integrations.

  • Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms.

  • Understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and third-party service integrations.
