Lead Business Development Manager
We are now looking for a highly ownership-driven Lead Business Development Manager who can take charge of Dot2Shape’s business growth efforts, build long-term client relationships, create scalable outreach systems, and eventually lead the entire business development department.
This role is not for someone looking for a routine sales job.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a builder, takes initiative without waiting for instructions, understands client psychology, and genuinely wants to grow alongside the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Generate high-quality leads and business opportunities for Dot2Shape
Build and manage outbound outreach systems across LinkedIn, email, inbound platform, partnerships, and other channels
Handle discovery calls and client communications professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with design and product teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing discussions, and closing strategies
Build long-term relationships with startups, founders, agencies, and businesses
Create scalable business development processes and reporting systems
Identify new business opportunities, industries, and partnerships
Take ownership of revenue targets and growth initiatives
Eventually build and lead your own business development team

Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understands how modern digital agencies and startups work
Knows how to generate business through outbound and inbound channels
Can confidently communicate with international clients
Has a problem-solving mindset instead of a task-completion mindset

Has experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
Can work closely with founders and contribute strategically
Is hungry to grow financially and professionally
Big Plus If You Have
Experience selling design, development, SaaS, or digital services
Experience with inbound platform, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or CRM systems
Existing network in startups, agencies, or tech companies
Experience building or managing a sales/business development team
Strong understanding of branding, UI/UX, product design, or software services
