Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales for UX/UI and enterprise product design projects.

  • Handle outbound marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.

  • Represent Dot2Shape in C level meetings, Sales pitches, and presentations.

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.

  • Align closely with design and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years in IT/design services sales (UX/UI or digital products preferred).

  • Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven record in lead generation, proposal writing, and deal closures.

  • Strategic thinker with deep market understanding in the tech/design space.
