Email Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Instantly to manage, optimize, and scale outbound email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM management, email automation, campaign optimization, lead nurturing, and performance analysis.
This role requires someone who understands email deliverability, personalization, segmentation, and data-driven outbound email marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and manage outbound email campaigns using Salesforce/Instantly.
Manage Salesforce/Instantly CRM, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
Create and maintain email sequences, workflows, and automation.
Segment prospects and customers for targeted email campaigns.
Ensure high email deliverability through domain warm-up, inbox health monitoring, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and list hygiene.
Monitor campaign KPIs including open rate, reply rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and campaign timing.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper lead lifecycle management.
Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with email marketing trends, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in email marketing.
Experience with Skrapp, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, or similar tools.
Experience working with international B2B clients.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
Expertise in Instantly.ai for targeted email campaigns.
Experience with CRM automation and lead management.
Excellent understanding of outbound B2B email marketing.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Basic understanding of HTML email templates is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-assisted email personalization.
Understanding of outbound sales processes.
