Growth Lead (International Markets)

We are seeking a Growth Lead (International Markets) to accelerate Dot2Shape’s global expansion.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and product-driven environment—someone who understands how design, development, and business strategy come together to create real value for clients. You will play a key role in driving Dot2Shape’s international presence by developing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our Design + Development services to founders, startups, and businesses across the US, EU, and GCC markets.

Role Overview

  • Sell end-to-end product services (Design + Dev)

  • Pitch complete product roadmaps

  • Build dev partnerships

  • Manage larger pipelines

  • Close higher-value retainers

  • Expand Dot2Shape’s presence in the US, EU, and GCC markets

  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Complete Product Solutions

  • Build & Manage an International Pipeline

  • Growth Strategy & Outbound Execution

  • Inbound Growth (Aligned with Dev Offering)

  • Partnership Development (Critical)

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in selling design or development services

  • Understanding of web/mobile apps

  • Comfortable discussing basic tech topics (APIs, web stacks, sprints)

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Strong proposal writing & communication

  • Experience selling Webflow or Next.js projects

  • Understanding of Agile, sprints, MVPs

  • Can work with tech teams to prepare estimates

  • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Trello, or tech planning tools
