Project Manager Associate

Dot2Shape is seeking a proactive Project Manager Associate to plan and execute UX/UI and enterprise design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for web, & product design projects.

  • Coordinate with design, dev, and strategy teams across time zones.

  • Track milestones, timelines, and budgets using tools like Slack, ClickUp, Jira.

  • Lead client communications and ensure clear, consistent updates.

  • Monitor risks, blockers, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years in digital/tech project management (UX/UI focus preferred).

  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies & user-centric design workflows.

  • Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills.

  • Bonus: PMP/Scrum certification or design background.
